Add conditional subordinator <COND> tag

Adds the conditional subordinator tag <COND> based on a regex match.

Usage

dtag_conditional(x)

Arguments

A character of tokenized strings with _ST tags.

Value

A character vector with some conditional subordinator <COND> tags.
