Add necessity modal <NEMD> tag

Adds the necessity modal tag <NEMD> based on a regex match.

Usage

dtag_necessity_modal(x)

Arguments

A character of tokenized strings with _ST tags.

Value

A character vector with some necessity modal <NEMD> tags.
